Finding A Mortgage Online
The mortgage industry can be a tough and challenging space. Many first time home buyers that we speak with, don't quite understand the different mortgages there are to offer. Typically, first time home owners don't know about all of the services mortgage lenders offer. That is why we are here to help you. We don't just loan money! Finding a great loan officer is much harder than typing in "mortgage officer near me" into your google search. My team at has grown and provided services to hundreds of people in 2022 alone. So how do we shop for a loan on google that best fits our needs.
How to Find A "Mortgage Officer Near Me"
Our first step to secure a loan is to shop around. Find someone you trust and provides the support you need to feel comfortable when buying a new home. You may find the right person on the first initial call you set up! Throughout your search efforts to find more information on loans, you might find out that there are multiple types of loans depending on what type of home buyer you are. We have loans for veterans, we have loans for first time home buyers, and so many more loan options that could fit your needs. (Don't feel overwhelmed when looking for a mortgage)
Next, your loan officer will find the right mortgage for you. Now your mortgage could have a slightly higher interest rate, but maybe your mortgage has a credit towards your closing of your new home. Or you may just end up taking the lowest mortgage rate possible and find out that works best for you. Your mortgage officer will tell you (the customer) if any other information is required for you to bring to the closing.
Completing Your Loan Process
Your mortgage officer or loan officer will help you make an informed decision. However, what they will do is get all the data from you and get you a couple loan options. We will have a list of documents that we need in order to begin you loan application. Once your mortgage officer has your final approval, they will then proceed to complete your application for your mortgage loan.
